We also accept credit card orders by telephone or fax (see phone numbers above). Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. For the best service, please submit your orders via our secure web site or by Fax. Privacy Policy We will hold your private information in strict confidence. By using our secure ordering site your credit card information is encrypted for safety. We will not distribute your private information or your E-Mail address to third parties. We will add your E-Mail address to our customer mailing list and customer E-Mail list. With our customer mailing list and E-Mail list we can notify you of changes to the website, new products or services, and specials. The volume is typically low (1 or 2 messages per month on average). If you do not want to get E-Mails you will be given a method to remove your address with the letter welcoming you to the list. Shipping & Handling Information Please click here for shipping costs and shipping information. Return Policy Due to health regulations HARMONICAS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. In addition, ALL sales from Coast to Coast Music are final. We do not accept returns unless an incorrect shipment was made. If we have made an incorrect shipment to you, you must get a return authorization number and a correct return shipping address before returning the package. The correct return shipping address is not available on this web site and will only be given to those who have properly requested and been given a return authorization number. If a returned package arrives at the wrong address, or without a return authorization on the outside, the package will be refused and returned to you. We will take no responsibility for packages that are sent to us without following this procedure. If you have received an incorrect shipment, Click Here to request a return authorization number.
Occasionally it happens that a product is defective from
the factory. For this reason all products are warranted
and serviced directly by the manufacturers. If you have
received a defective product, or think you have a warranty issue with any of the products you have purchased from us, please contact the
manufacturer involved directly for instructions to get
your product repaired or replaced. You should call
the manufacturer first BEFORE sending your item to them to
get their instructions for the return. Please
understand, this is a requirement of the manufacturers and
it is not up to us or our discretion - the manufacturers
will ONLY accept warranty returns from the final consumer,
not from the dealer.
