Does Coast to Coast Music Have a Catalog? We do not have a print catalog, our whole catalog is right here on the web, just click on the "Shop OnLine" link on the musical staff above. We have tried to make this web based catalog very comprehensive with many pictures and extensive descriptions of our products, and we are adding to and improving our site almost daily. We do, however, also carry many models and products that may not be listed here - almost any music related product. May I Pay by Check or Money Order ? NOTE: We do not accept check or money order payments from outside of the US - credit card orders only Ordering and paying by check or money order in the US is no problem. The best way to do it is to place your order on the web site. During the check out process you'll be given a choice of methods of payment, credit card, PayPal, personal check, or money order. Just choose the check or money order method, print a copy of your invoice, and send it along with your check or money order to the address given during the checkout process. We'll get your order ready so that when your check or money order arrives and clears we can send it right out. Orders paid by by check will be held for 10 days for the check to clear before shipping. Orders paid by money order will be shipped right away when the money order arrives. NOTE: If we do not receive your check or money order within 14 days, your order will be cancelled.

To locate items you may either click on the category name on the left navigation bar, or enter key words in the "Search Products" box at the top of any page to see models and descriptions of the various items in our catalog. When you see an item you would like to know more about, just click on that item to get a detailed description and a larger picture. Does Coast to Coast Music Ship to My Country? We ship anywhere you can receive mail! To estimate your shipping charges outside of the USA, see the Shipping Charges link on the home page. Here is a list of the countries and areas to which we have shipped harmonicas and other equipment. If you are the first to order from your country, and your order is over $100.00, we will give you a $5.00 discount! Just be sure to mention that you are the first order from your country in the "Special Instructions" box when you place your order.
How Long Do Orders Take? Most orders are shipped within two to three business days of placing your credit card order on our secure web site. Please note that weekends are not business days. If your order is placed after noon Eastern Time, it will not enter our system for processing until the following business day. Since we ship by Priority US mail, delivery to you usually takes two to three days from the day we ship your order in the USA, seven to fourteen days outside of the USA. If an item is backordered or out of stock, we will ship the balance of your order as usual, and the backordered or out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. There are no additional shipping charges for backorders in the USA. If items are backordered on out of country orders, we will hold the entire order until it is complete before shipping.. We are sorry, but we are not able to honor "rush" or deadlines placed on an order. Please allow sufficient time for delivery when placing your order.
