If you get a generic "page not found" error after a submission, click the back button on your browser and try it again - it will usually work fine then.  We are aware of this occasional error and are working to find the cause.

  1. The best way to find a product or information about a product is to use the "Search Products" box at the top of every page.  Use the "Search Site" box only for searching the content of the rest of the site, such as the lessons, tuning charts, articles, etc.
  2. To Make a Purchase:  Find the item(s) you want and add them to your shopping cart with the "Buy Now" button beside each item. The first time you do this you will see a screen that explains how we calculate the shipping charges you will see. – Put in your zip code here, or your country if you are not in the USA. Then just press the "View Cart" button to see your shopping cart summary. Each time you click a "Buy Now" button, you will get to see your shopping cart summary. If you want to add something else, just find the next item and add it the same way, and so on.
  3. After you have everything you want and are ready to checkout, click the "checkout" button either at the top of the page or under the shopping cart summary.
  4. You will come to a log in page. If you are a returning customer since July of 2001, and you know your user name and password, enter them here. If your log in information is not accepted see "creating a new profile" below. If your log in is accepted you will come to a screen showing your shipping and billing information. Verify this or make any changes as needed, then click the button at the bottom of the page to save and continue to checkout.
  5. You will then go to a checkout screen showing your cart summary and your shipping information above. Verify these, put in your credit card information, click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page, and you're finished.  A receipt will appear on your screen which you should print for your records.

"Creating a new profile"

  1. If you are a customer from BEFORE July 2001 your old log in information will not work because we have changed our software. If this is the case, or you are a new customer, click the link BELOW the log in box that says "Click here to create a new profile"
  2. You will come to a screen where you may choose your user name and password - put that information into the form and click the button. Your user name and password cannot contain characters such as a space, or ", / * ? etc. because they will not work. The user name and password are case sensitive, so remember if you used upper or lower case letters in your log in name or password so that you can log in the next time you come back.
  3. On the next page fill in your information for shipping, billing, etc.  At the bottom of the page select the method you will be using for payment
  4. After entering your information, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page to go to checkout.  This will also save your information so you will not have to fill it in again on your subsequent visits to our site.
  5. You will then come to a checkout screen showing your cart summary and your shipping  information above.
  6. Verify these, put in your credit card number and expiration date, click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page, and you're finished.  A receipt will appear on your screen which you should print for your records.
