Please Note: All sales from Coast to Coast Music are final.  We do not take returns unless shipped incorrectly.  Please see our Warranty Information for procedures to replace defective products.  We are sorry, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or honor "rush" orders or "deadlines" on an order.  Please allow sufficient time for delivery when ordering.   Sales tax is charged ONLY for shipments going to Maryland.  Large items like amps may ship via UPS directly from our distributors.  We are sorry, but we unable at this time to offer any type of expedited shipping.  

What About Backorders?
If an item is backordered or out of stock, and your order is for three or more items, we will ship the balance of your order as usual, and the backordered or out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available.  If your order is for less than three items we will hold the entire order and ship it when the backordered item is available.  If this happens we will send you an email letting you know about the backorder condition.  We do not charge extra to ship backorders to the USA and we do not charge your card for merchandise until it is shipped.  International orders will be held until all backordered items are in stock before shipping.

How do I figure out my shipping costs?
Shipping is by First Class Mail or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to the USA, the basic rate is $5.95 for shipments up to one pound (about 3-4 diatonic harmonicas).  If a shipment is over one pound then costs depend on the weight of the shipment and your location. To calculate your shipping costs go to our "Shop On-Line" page and put the items you want in a shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You will be asked to enter your country or zip code after adding the first item and then the shipping charges will then be calculated for you as you add other items.  US shipments are sent by USPS First Class or Priority Mail only, which normally takes 2-3 days to deliver after the shipment is made.  We do not offer any overnight or expedited shipping methods.  

International shipments are sent only by USPS Global Express Mail (EMS).  Shipping Costs for International Shipments via "Global Express Mail (EMS)" all prices quoted in US Dollars.  NOTE: Any duties, taxes, or customs charges that may be levied by your country are your responsibility and any prices quoted on our web site or by any other method do not include them.  Please consult your customs or postal service for information about these possible charges.
