The majority of octave and tremolo models are Richter tuned so the notes layout same way as on a diatonic harmonica.  There are a few exceptions - Huang makes two solo tuned models (one octave model and one tremolo model) that come individually or in two key sets, and Suzuki tremolos are all solo tuned.
